KG (they/them) is a Macon, Georgia native who enjoys spending quality time with their community, engaging in life-giving activities, and experiencing moments of laughter, peace, and creativity.

While KG’s journey started as an athlete, they draw on their personal experiences and professional training to help others reach peak performance in their respective industries, relationships, and mentalities. KG views themself as a collaborative agent of change, valuing empowerment and autonomy of those they work alongside.
